Janurary 15th, 2010: Day #7- Workday
Day 7. No end in sight. David, team web designer, finished most of the web site. It looks awesome, and even though you just got on to read my amazing blog, you should check out the rest of it too. Sheila got the shirt and sweatshirt design, and she delegated getting people’s opinion on them to Deepa. She, of course, used her friendly charm to ask people about what they think of it. Public Relations is still doing their self proclaimed “low key stalking”, or finding out where people live, where their parents work, the address of where they work, and then where random people work. All of this is just to look for sponsorship. Build and Design, a sub team of Metal Mustang Robotics, split up into even more sub-sub teams. Design A worked on a prototype ball handling device, while Design B was working on a chipper device so that when we “kick” the ball, it’ll go over the bumps. Jeff, Sean, and Aaron worked in the hall on discovering the physics of a soccer ball. They accidently took out a ceiling tile too. Programming worked more on LabView, and designed the mecanum wheel drive. Team spirit is high, and the Mustangs are working closer than any team ever has.
